Richard Kolacz

CEO, GSTS

Richard has over 30 years of experience across the maritime, space, and advanced technology sectors.

Following a distinguished career as a Royal Canadian Naval Combat Systems Engineer, he led the startup and growth of a space-based maritime monitoring venture and a naval training and simulation company, bringing deep expertise in innovation, operations, and technology commercialization.

Johanne Sévigny

VP of Ecofuel Accelerator, Managing Partner of the Ecofuel Fund

Johanne has more than 25 years of experience in venture capital, cleantech financing, startup management, and engineering operations.

Prior to joining Ecofuel, she held senior leadership roles at BDC and Negotium and managed technology investment portfolios at several venture capital firms. She has also served on numerous boards, including as president of a fast-growing RFID gaming startup.

CEO, Nautel

Kevin is President and CEO of the Nautel group of companies and has been with the organization for 37 years, including the past decade as owner.

Under his leadership, Nautel has become one of the world’s largest manufacturers of radio broadcast transmitters, with installations in 177 countries, while also establishing a global reputation in advanced sonar system design and manufacturing.

Justin Brasier

Investment Director, Venture Capital at Fonds de solidarité FTQ

Justin has been active in Quebec’s entrepreneurship ecosystem since 2012, serving as a lender, fund investor, and venture capital investor.

He has focused on the technology sector throughout his career and now leads investments in high-potential technology companies on behalf of Fonds de solidarité FTQ, supporting innovation and growth across the province’s startup landscape.
